Podcast for T-r-a-c-e-s. Interformat symposium in Nida

The podcast presents audio pieces, that are part of explorations, which combine acoustic and electronic sound. They were made using the recordings of acoustic improvisation with prepared piano, played by Marija Kalvelytė, Milda Laužikaitė and Tautvydas Bajarkevičius (aka audio_z) during the rehearsals at Neringa Art School. The recordings had been made just before the opening of Nida Art Colony. Later they were processed digitally.

When an acoustic sound becomes hardly distinguishable from its' artificial effect or appears to be strangely surrounded by it, something slightly surreal happens.
